Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damage

  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund, depending on availability.

Incorrect Orders

If you received the wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Digital products
  • Downloadable content

  • Sale or promotional items

Refunds (If Approved)

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly to ensure timely delivery.

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you receive a defective item, please contact us and we will assist you promptly.
