Shipping Policy

Thank you so much for supporting Flow Planner. Every order means so much, and we are so excited for you to receive your planner and begin your three-month journey to inner peace and purpose.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking details to update once the carrier receives your package.

During launch periods, holidays, or high-volume sales, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and support as we carefully prepare each order.

U.S. Shipping Only

At this time, Flow Planner only ships within the United States.

We do not currently offer international shipping. We hope to expand shipping options in the future and appreciate your understanding.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Typical U.S. delivery estimates are 3–7 business days after shipment.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, shipping method, and order size.

Any free shipping promotions, if available, will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible at help@shopdulcecandy.com

If your order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to update the address. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to make changes.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been marked as shipped and tracking has been provided, the package is in the care of the shipping carrier.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages after they have been handed over to the carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, your local post office, or the carrier directly.

Damaged Items

If your Flow Planner arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at help@shopdulcecandy.com

Please include:

Your order number
Photos of the damaged item
Photos of the packaging it arrived in

We will review your request and do our best to make it right.

Pre-Orders

If the Flow Planner is purchased as a pre-order, the estimated shipping window will be clearly stated on the product page at the time of purchase.

Please note that pre-order shipping dates are estimates and may shift due to production, freight, customs, or carrier delays. We will communicate any major updates by email.
